Definition

A multifaceted theological movement that at its first agenda is criticism of the masculinist bias of Christian theology. Its second agenda aims at the discovery of alternative historical traditions supportive of women's inclusion in leadership roles of church and society. This leads to either a rejection of the Judeo-Christian tradition, or leads to affirming the possibility of feminist theology within Judeo-Christian tradition.
